What are the dimensions of the Blooming Bath?
The Blooming Bath baby bath is 32 inches from tip to tip. The center of the flower, where baby's bottom rests, is 10 inches across in diameter.
What is the recommended age for the Blooming Bath?
The Blooming Bath is ideal for newborns to 1 year, depending on the size of your sink. But because babies range so dramatically in size, there are no set age or weight limitations. The Blooming Bath is held up by the sides of the sink so it is more a matter of whether or not your sink can comfortably and safely accommodate your baby. Many parents also use Blooming Bath with traditional plastic tubs to create a plush, soft, safe and fun experience. Once your baby outgrows the sink, it can be used as a fun, soft pad for the big tub!
Does the Blooming Bath hold water?
The Blooming Bath does not hold water. You will need to first insert the stopper inside the drain, then fill up the sink to the desired level and desired temperature before inserting baby. Never run water directly on your baby as water temperature can change quickly.
What materials are the Blooming Bath made with?
Blooming Bath is made from a super soft, plush polyester material on the top, the center is a high quality polyurethane foam and the back is made from a durable polyester mesh back.
How should I care for my Blooming Bath?
After bathing, fold petals over the center of the bath and push water down and out through the mesh backing. You can then hang dry with the tag on the back, or toss in the washer (delicate cycle) or dryer (low heat).

Why is international shipping so expensive?
The Blooming Bath is a large box. You have the option of choosing USPS International or Fedex Economy International. Fedex charges a dimensional weight on all international orders, so the cost is based on the size of the box. The Fedex International rate online is just an estimate, since all rates vary by address and country. We may contact you after your order is placed if the charges are more than what was billed on the order. Please understand that we do not make any profit from shipping charges. We simply pass on the cost to the customer.
Where is the Blooming Bath manufactured?
The Blooming Bath is manufactured in China. We would love to manufacture in the US and are actively looking for a cost effective option so if you have any recommendations, please contact us at support@bloomingbath.com.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely! Once you reach the checkout page, there is an option to add a gift message to your order.
I am shipping the Blooming Bath as a gift. Will the recipient see the price of the Blooming Bath?
We never include price of the Blooming Bath inside the box. Your email receipt is the only place you will see prices.
How long will it take for my Blooming Bath to ship and be delivered?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Weekends not included. Standard free shipping orders as are shipped by Fedex Smartpost, and customers typically receive their order within 5-9 business days once the item is shipped. We do offer expedited shipping options via USPS Priority and FedEx at checkout. Blooming Baths are shipped from southern California.
Can I be a wholesaler or retailer for Blooming Bath and if so, who do I contact?
Yes! Please contact us if you you'd like to sell the Blooming Bath in your retail store. We do not allow sales on web-only stores. You must have a physical retail location.
Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in Carlsbad, California. We ship Monday through Friday. Shipments are sent via FedEx or US Postal Service, depending on your shipping method selection. We will make every effort and use every good measure to deliver your order on time. BloomingBath.com will not be responsible for any delay of the shipment during transit, for reasons including but not limited to, negligence by the shipping carrier, employee strikes, and weather.

Returns & Replacements

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process. We have a fully staffed team of experts who can walk you step by step through this process. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the purchase price of the items only, upon receipt of the product by our warehouse, less any applicable restocking fees. We do not refund the shipping fees paid. A restocking charge may apply to specifically noted products. Certain orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness and/or personalization to your specific request - these products will be specifically noted as being non-refundable at time of checkout. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits. Our normal refund processing time for returned items is one week, from receipt of the item. However, un extreme instances, in may take up to two week to process a return and refund a credit card.

If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, the refund will be applied to the original form of payment (purchaser), or you have the option to receive an in-store credit. With either of these, the product(s) must have been purchased from our direct website.

Please contact customer service by email at: support@bloomingbath.com for further instructions on your return and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please email us within 30 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Please allow a maximum of one business day to respond to your email inquiry.

Defective or Damaged Items

An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only.

All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only. We will cover the cost of shipping defective and damaged items back to us along with shipping the replacement product back to you.

Ordering

Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

A confirmation displaying an order number will appear on the checkout page immediately after your order is submitted. If an order confirmation did not appear after the final submit button, we may have received your order, but communication from our server to your computer was interrupted. Please contact customer service to verify if your order had been received.

You will also receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online or by phone. An email address* is required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. Please recognize that your ISP or email client may have a filter that is preventing the email confirmation from getting through to you. Please check your Junk Mail folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow e-mail from support@bloomingbath.com.

* We will never share your email address with unrelated 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill transactions that you initiate.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout.  We accept purchase orders from corporations once a credit application is completed and approved.

Our goal is to always offer competitive prices. If you find the same product offered elsewhere at a lower price, please send us an email and we will see what we can do. We can't guarantee we will always be able to match their price but we will certainly try.

Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference.

Tax

We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to an address in the state of California. We do NOT charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other states.

Viewing/Tracking Orders

We will send you a confirmation when your order ships along with a tracking number (if applicable) or you can check the status of your order on our website at anytime by signing in to My Account (if you created an account). Enter your email address and password to view the status of all existing and previous orders. You may also contact our Customer Support for order status information.

Is My Personal Information Safe?

At BloomingBath.com, we know that your online privacy is as important to you as the products, prices, and customer service we provide. We posted our Privacy Policy in an effort to answer your privacy-related questions, and to demonstrate our adherence to the privacy practices commonly found at the most reputable and consumer credited online companies.

While shopping, we ask you to provide information using online forms. We use this information to process your order, contact you regarding your order, or to answer any questions/concerns you might have expressed. We will not sell, or share any of your personal information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy.

When you purchase something from us we send your credit card information, name, billing address and the order dollar amount to your credit card company for authorization and approval. Your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as FedEx to deliver your package.

We reserve the right to release personally identifiable information if required by law or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, and when we believe it is necessary for fraud protection or credit risk reduction.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, shall BloomingBath.com or its associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, that result from your use of or inability to use the BloomingBath.com, or from products or services offered on the site, including but not limited to your reliance on any information obtained from the site or the use of products or services offered on the site, that results in mistakes, or any failure of performance, damage to equipment, and/or personal injury or death. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
